У меня crunchbang linux .Врубаю компиз, он включаеться кажеться, во всяком случае появляеться плавное всплываешее меню, и у любого окна можно установить прозрачнось. Но пьяных окон нет при перетаскивании, не знаю может в краенче так и должно быть.
